
SWDA and Standard PEI-Student Contract
The Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that supports skills development, workforce development, and the regulation of Singapore’s private education sector.
SWDA oversees Private Education Institutions (PEIs) and works to maintain and enhance standards, governance, and quality within the private education industry.

Student Contract
The Student Contract is an important legal document that governs the relationship between KII College and its students. Prospective students should carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the contract before signing.
In accordance with the applicable Private Education Regulations, registered Private Education Institutions (PEIs) are required to execute a Student Contract with each student enrolled in a course.
KII College uses the Standard PEI-Student Contract Version 4.1, effective from 1 July 2026, in accordance with the requirements applicable to registered PEIs under the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA).
