PEI MANAGER, ACADEMIC BOARD AND EXAMINATION BOARD

The Academic Board at KII College holds the responsibility for ensuring the academic quality and rigor of the institution. Its key functions encompass:

• Developing policies and procedures to maintain academic excellence and rigor, including establishing selection criteria for facilitators and courseware authors, thereby upholding the highest standards in KII College's training and courseware development.

• Formulating and revising policies, guidelines, and procedures pertaining to training and courseware development.

• Providing guidance to the management on matters related to workforce skills training, academic, and educational aspects at KII College.

• Crafting and updating procedures for monitoring the competency standards of KII College's programs.

• Offering recommendations to the management on significant changes to the academic structure of the institution.

• Setting requirements for student admission and registration.

• Establishing standards for examinations and assessments.

• Granting approval for the conferment of KII College diplomas and English Course certificates.

• Deploying teachers in accordance with CPE stipulations.

• Facilitating the implementation and adherence to the institution's developed policies and procedures.

• Conducting an annual review of academic policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
