Refund Policy

 

If a student decides to withdraw from a course without any specific cause, the refund will be processed according to the following schedule:

• 75% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before the Course Commencement Date.

• 25% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received before, but not more than 60 days before the Course Commencement Date.

• 10% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received after, but not more than 7 days after the Course Commencement Date.

• 5% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 7 days after the Course Commencement Date but not more than 14 days after the Course Commencement Date.

• 0% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 14 days after the Course Commencement Date.

 

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days from the receipt of the student's request. It is essential to note that any discounts, rebates, or waivers previously granted will be forfeited upon withdrawal.
