Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to transparency, fairness, and student protection, KII College has established comprehensive policies governing refunds, withdrawals, transfers, and deferments in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA).

Refund Policy

If a student decides to withdraw from a course without any specific cause, the refund will be processed according to the following schedule:

75% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before the Course Commencement Date.
25% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received before, but not more than 60 days before the Course Commencement Date.
10% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received after, but not more than 7 days after the Course Commencement Date.
5% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 7 days after the Course Commencement Date but not more than 14 days after the Course Commencement Date.
0% refund: If the student's written notice of withdrawal is received more than 14 days after the Course Commencement Date.

Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days from the receipt of the student's request. It is essential to note that any discounts, rebates, or waivers previously granted will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

In accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), KII College periodically reviews its policies to ensure that they remain fair, transparent, and up to date.

Any material changes to these policies will be communicated to students in a timely manner. KII College is committed to maintaining a clear, consistent, and equitable refund process that safeguards the interests of its students.
