Appeal Policy

As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, KII College has established comprehensive policies for refunds, withdrawals, transfers, and deferments, aligning with the Committee for Private Education (CPE) guidelines.

KII College commits to releasing results for internal assessments within a 2-month timeframe from the assessment date.

Students who have not passed their modules may utilize the Results Appeal Form, submitted through the Admin Officer, to appeal for a review of their results, providing their reasons:

Within 7 working days from the release of internal assessment results.
According to the appeal validity period set by external partner(s).

KII College adheres to the following timelines for processing and communicating appeal results:

Results of internal assessment appeals will be communicated to students within 4 weeks from the appeal submission date.
For external assessments, the process will follow the appeal procedure of our external partner(s).

Students whose appeals are unsuccessful have the option to apply to KII College for a re-test.
