
Dispute Resolution Policy
As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, KII College has established comprehensive policies for refunds, withdrawals, transfers, and deferments, aligning with the Committee for Private Education (CPE) guidelines.
KII College facilitates the submission of feedback through written forms such as emails, letters, or other feedback methods for the convenience of the students.

In the case of appeals related to retention, suspension, expulsion, and awards, the KII College's Dispute Policy and Process will be implemented.

Acknowledgment of disputes will be carried out within 3 working days.
All feedback and complaints must be accurately recorded and documented.

The Administration Department holds the responsibility of informing relevant departments about any feedback and complaints.

Correspondence, including actions taken, between KII College and the complainant must be attached as evidence to ensure that staff handling the case are aware of the progress and outcomes.

The complainant must be kept informed of the status of their feedback or complaints and should receive timely responses.
In cases where KII College and the student cannot reach an agreement or the student does not accept the final decision made by KII College’s Management Team, they will be referred to either the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through CPE Student Services Centre for mediation.

The timeline for each action is as follows:

Acknowledgment of complaint and dispute: Within 3 working days.

Resolution by Manager: Within 7 days.

Principal: Within 14 days.

Referral to External Arbitrator(s): By the end of 21 days, to either the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
